PT100 and PT1000 are high precision resistance thermometers that are widely used in industrial, scientific and meteorological applications. Their accuracy comes from the ability to measure temperature changes through the resistance of platinum, a highly stable metal. At a reference temperature of 0 °C, the resistance of the PT100 is exactly 100 ohms, while the resistance of the PT1000 is 1000 ohms at the same temperature.
The Therma GmbH PT100 and PT1000 resistance thermometer calculator is designed to make these measurements easier, faster and more accurate. With our innovative software you can calculate in two ways: “temperature on resistance” and “resistance on temperature”.
The “Temperature to Resistance” calculator allows you to input the temperature and gives you the equivalent resistance for PT100 and PT1000. Conversely, you can use the “Resistance to Temperature” calculator to enter the resistance value and determine the corresponding temperature.
In addition to these functions, our calculator also offers a comprehensive table with values for all currently possible temperatures and resistances. This chart is an excellent reference tool and will help you better understand patterns and relationships in your measurements.
The Therma GmbH PT100 and PT1000 resistance thermometer calculator is a powerful tool for anyone dealing with temperature measurements. It is user-friendly, precise and offers an extensive reference table for your calculations. Trust Therma GmbH to optimize your temperature and resistance calculations and increase your efficiency.
