Collection by the customer

Delivery times
It is not possible to set an exact delivery time since, depending on the size of the order the goods may still need to be manufactured. It is also possible that the delivery takes a bit longer, depending on the country the order is shipped to. Shipping costs
The shipping costs are exclusive of VAT. Unless otherwise stated, the shipping costs always apply up to the weight stated with the price. Orders are sent with the logistics company UPS®.
UPS delivers shipments to both business and home addresses. A private address is delivery to an apartment, including a commercially used apartment. For every private delivery, there is an additional surcharge per shipment. A surcharge is levied for every delivery or collection in an area or region that is outside the corresponding UPS service district (applies to national and international service options).
Free delivery in Germany for orders over 250 euros.
