Sheathing tube resistance thermometer

Sheathing tube resistance thermometers are suitable for use at higher temperatures or in aggressive media. These are an extension of standard resistance thermometers. Inside a stainless steel tube, sealed at one end, is the measuring resistor. This ensures it is safely protected against mechanical damage. The measuring tip can also be positioned in liquids or gases. This sheathing construction is not flexible. The connecting wire is permanently attached to the stainless steel tube so that the measuring resistor cannot be accidentally removed from the tube. This offers the advantage of providing a robust solution for various potential uses. We produce our sheathing tube resistance thermometers with various resistances: Pt100, P1000, Ni120, NTC10 kOhm. We also offer the option of positioning two measuring resistors in the sheathing tube. This configuration is often used in control systems. The diameter and length of the tube, as well as the type and length of the wire, can be adapted to suit your requirements.
